At Nemrology, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized numerology consultations and reports. Since most of our services involve customized analysis prepared specifically for each client, we maintain the following Refund, Cancellation, and Service Delivery Policy.
1. Nature of Our Services
Nemrology provides personalized digital services, including but not limited to:

All reports and consultations are prepared based on information submitted by the client and are customized exclusively for the individual.
2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of an order before the analysis or report preparation process has commenced.
Once our team has started preparing a report, conducting analysis, scheduling a consultation, or allocating expert resources, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once:
- Report preparation has begun
- Consultation has been scheduled or conducted
- Customized recommendations have been delivered
- Digital reports have been emailed or shared
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment made by mistake
- Payment deducted but order not received
- Technical failure resulting in non-delivery of service
- Service unable to be provided by Nemrology
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
4. No Refund Situations
Refund requests will not be entertained in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal interpretation of numerology findings
- Failure to read service descriptions before purchase
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Delay caused by incomplete client information
- Completed reports or consultations already delivered
Numerology is a guidance-based service and outcomes may vary from person to person. Therefore, refunds cannot be granted based on expectations of specific life results.
5. Service Delivery Timeline
Most reports are delivered within the timeline communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Service type
- Complexity of analysis
- Volume of orders
- Availability of consultation slots
Clients will be informed in case additional time is required.
6. Consultation Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation by providing reasonable advance notice.
Nemrology reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative appointment will be offered.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team, Nemrology reserves the right to provide relevant order records, communication history, and proof of service delivery to the payment processor or financial institution for dispute resolution.
